I've been using Amazon for a while now, and have only had 1 package show up as "Delivered" that I never received. Cheap item, so I simply wrote off the loss.
My "gripe" is when did UPS/USPS/FedEx guys stop ringing the bell to see if anyone's home? I've had multiple deliveries happen while I'm in my house, but the doorbell never rang. I understand they may be in a rush to get to the next dropoff location, but those extra 30 seconds to me go a long way in
