That's an union thing. They fought for the the right so that carriers are not required to do that. I do, because simply I'm not a Dick. That said unless you're 90 and need someone to say "HI" to I'm going to leave it and go to the next house.
With that said this ain't my career like half the other tards I work with.
And may I recommend the registered mail Tobra. If your carrier loses one of those, he will be fired!
