Had a light lunch at my local joint with my wife today. We were yapping with the owner and the subject came up when I mention how nice and hardworking this waiter was to us. He's said that he better be because folks tip him a lot and he pays tax like us. He goes on to tell me that many illegals, like him, have a tax ID so they can pay taxes. I am a little shocked
anyone know about this?
