I know there are parts, but not where he lives. As I said, I have been through Flagstaff in the spring and it gets cold there. The Phoenix area is similar to where I lived in the Imperial Valley. It doesn't get cold there. Ever.
We lived with several earthquakes a week there. Most times you couldn't tell the difference between a truck and the earth doing it on its own. I mostly watched the people that grew up there and if they panicked, I know something was up.
