Then the shift coupler wont work in it's stock configuration. Patrick Motorsports used to make a lengthened one for use on the short bell housing (SBH) G-50 but they don't offer it anymore. So we had to modify the stock one and the length needed is yet to be determined but we had an idea so I cut the coupler in half and welded in some aluminum bar on both sides. I initially welded one side, that way I could slide the two halves to the desired length and then do the final weld on the other half.
