This was my new project yesterday. Easy peasy and all in for $1,387. One trip to home depot for ten 12' fence sections, drill guide, 5/8"x18" masonry bit, and 10 hours measuring, remeasuring, remeasuring again, drilling, and done!

Your daughter is smart. Many years ago a fellow worker lost his 4 year old son after drowning in his unfenced pool. Apparently he could swim but it was perhaps one of those freak accidents where he slipped into the pool....
$1400 is cheap insurance.
