Drop the shift fork plate at the bottom of your trans and make sure all four studs are well seated in the plate, and the four nuts holding the shift fork itself are also tight.

Be sure to drop a magnet into the pan you drain your trans oil into to check for teeth. I would use Kendall as your replacement trans fluid.
