Never thought I'd be hanging at the Don Schumacher racing hospitality area, but this weekend I went over to the dark side with Shawn Langdon who was driving for DSR.
Shawn ended up winning the top fuel dragster class. He won the winternationals at Pomona this year too.
His final round ET was
3.715 seconds at 332.43 mph. That's scooting.
Not sure what's gonna happen next year, technically he's still under contract with Allan Johnson but Johnson doesn't have a major sponsor yet so he loaned Shawn to DSR.
If Johnson can't secure sponsor money I have a feeling that DSR would find a permanent ride for him.
