I have a Greenworks 40 V Li-Ion and have been very pleased with it. I recently bought my dad a greenworks pole hedge trimmer and was quite impressed with it too.
The blower moves leaves nicely but for rocks on the concrete drive it's a little lacking. It's great for getting leaves out of the flower beds. I've owned mine for about 1 year and have been happy with it. The nice thing is, it's easy for my wife to use and the batter life is good plus it has a battery charge indicator.

Operation time on mine varies obviously on how high I run it. I'm thinking 30 minutes or so on High. The nice thing about Li-Ion, the batter doesn't really fall off until it's dead.
I just looked at the Stihl and the EGO and one thing stood out to me. The EGO talks about CFM where the Stihl mentions MPH. My take is CFM is where the work is done.
