I'm pretty sure the effectiveness of the louvers is in concert with the slant nose as discovered when the rules allowed the 935 to dispose of the front headlights. I could be wrong, but they were never used before the slant nose.

These with the silly screens are just that, silly and distracting like all the other stupid Outlaw trinkets from Emory. I do love the color and oddly, the roof looks cool.

But when the car you start with looks like this, you can only go backwards aesthetically.
