Dead scumbags aside, this don't amount to jack squat in the big picture of a what a ****ing quagmire iraq is rapidly turning into.
If you think things are bad now for US troops and Iraqis, lets see what a few more weeks and months of anarchy, chaos and increased amounts of guerilla activity do for the situation in Iraq.
Many experts are saying that political repression aside, the average iraqi has it even worse than they did living under the Saddam regime. Saddam was not int the business of opressing the majority of the population, so you can only imagine how current events are making the average iraqi feel about US rule in THEIR country.
I guess as long as the oil fields are secure, the pumps are running and the existing contracts to european and russian contrators are ripped up and given to US aligned contractors all is well as far as the Bush regime is concerned.
And that reminds me, I saw the best bumper sticker the other day for the upcoming presidential elections.
It said "Regime Change 04"
