I've seen 2009s for under $50k. It will be interesting to see how they hold up in the enthusiast market. They are far less DIY friendly and much more digital than the still fairly analog 997.
Edit, meant to write 2012 as in early 991. 2009 is a 997.2. Too much bourbon with Thanksgiving dinner I guess.
