There is no excuse for the buyer to not contact you.... Unless he has had a medical issue.
You should send a certified letter. I'm sure you have the address.
I've bought many cars cross country and have often had delays in getting a car picked up.
While I can appreciate your frustration, the buyer did pay you. The buyer has a lot more at risk than you do. I wouldn't be in a hurry to charge storage or follow the advice others have offered without knowing the facts.
