Strange situation, perhaps you can try to find someone you trust locally to him, that could pay him a visit to see what's wrong? There's gotta be a good explanation, not many people buy a Porsche then let it sit for over a month. If it were me I'd be so excited about it, it would be all I could think about leading up to the purchase and acquisition.
