Mostly my parents, who are deceased. They were the embodiment of the Greatest Generation in every way.

1) Pushed me and my siblings hard, expected nothing but the best from us at all times and had no problem telling us when we didn't.

2) Telling and showing us that with enough effort we could accomplish anything, there were no boundaries

3) Failing is only part of the process of succeeding

4) Keep your standards high, even when others don't

5) At the end of the day - you only have your conscience and humility to deal with no matter how rich you become


Finally, my loving wife of the last 15 years who understands my struggles in modern day life when it seems no one else around me has these values.
