Nicely done. I cherish both my parents for all the same reasons. My mother is long deceased but my father passed away Thanksgiving last year. I owe everything to them.
The one thing I am most thankful for is laughter: We had had dinner yesterday as a family (the Old Dames were all here and they can all just flat out cook) then a lot of friends came over for a bit of dessert and a lot of shooting...once again the brewing clay pigeon rebellion was smartly squelched by stalwart shooters.
I probably should have ended the Alliteration Attackers coup as well
So much laughter and grab a$$ery. Everybody gets to be funny...for that and so much more, I am thankful.
