I was having a few problems with my HP Pavilion Laptop. Shipped it via UPS as arranged by Hp. Was covered by HP warranty. Laptop was shipped back and delivered to the wrong address. I asked UPS who signed for it . It was not my name. So I look in the phone book and there are 5 people with that surname. The third person out of 5 was the one who received my laptop. It was delivered to the wrong address(one block over) and to a person of a different name. The recipient did not open the box. I thanked them profusely.
Next time I skip the warranty, no shipping of computers anymore.
