No complaints about ups or the usps here. We ship an average of about 25 packages a day via ups, a few (10 or so ) from our office via usps. Our yearly average of usps mail from all our entry points is easily over 1 million pieces. I think they both do a remarkable job.
Fed-Ex - their service is no better or worse than usps and ups. My grip with them is their trucks, pulling doubles on the highway parked in the fast lane at 71 mph in a 70 zone. They are the most consistently discourteous bunch of drivers I know of.
