I shipped at torque wrench to Snap-On to be refurbished and re-certified.

Went to the local UPS outlet with the wrench and some bubble wrap. Bough a mailing tube, and the clerk was sealing up with scotch tape, I asked if he would be using packing tape to finish, he said yes, so I left. Got a e-mail from Snap-On a few days later asking that I call about my wrench, well they had gotten the mailing tube, but no wrench inside (SO said it happens about 2 times a month). Started the claim process and waited, and waited some more. Got another e-mail from SO for me to call and arrange payment on my wrench. Well, before I packed the wrench, I had used packing tape to tape a BAD copy of the shipping label, my phone number and the tracking number handwritten on it. PAID OFF!! the wrench showed up at SO (minus shipping tube I assume).

P.S. Snap-On paid for shipping both ways, but after refurbishing/rebuilding the torque wrench, wanted extra to re certify it.
