The first pic is the back side of the rocker support? I would poke around in front of that from underneath and see if it's gotten to the backside of your rocker/door post. They tend to rust at the base of the door post where they meet the rocker.
The second could have been caused by a rear window leak. I would pull back some of the rear deck carpet etc. and have a look there as well.
