They guy was always covered in sweat, and sounded incredibly frustrated . Never had an extra second to chit chat. He always looked like he was 2 seconds from going postal ( pun intended )
There is a younger guy running the route now, and he seems to be handling it better.
Every once in a while, a package gets misplaced , but they have always showed up the next day.

We always offer the UPS/FedEx drivers water or cans of soda, especially in the summer. We always have good service.
