I think he is trying to be a pioneer. That is 3.0 turbo Carrera money in similar condition. I thought 3.0 Carrera's were worth maybe 25% more than a 78 SC. Maybe the rarity is now driving drives prices higher to catch up with the mid year/74 2.7 Carreras, but not that high. I wonder who the fist bid at $150k was .mmmmmmm
