The injector drivers and other electronics in the box will generate some heat so it will feel hot or warm depending on what your perception of heat is.

FYI, I can hold hot spark plugs fresh from a running motor in my bare fingers so my perception of what hot is might be different than most peoples.

Keep in mind that most solid state eletronics can easily withstand temps in the mid to high 100s so if the car is running OK and you have the right injectors and such I would not sweat it.
