My thought is simple (goes along with my mind), there doesn't appear to be a reliable, objective set of criteria to place a name on the list, nor oversight, nor transparency as to challenges to placement.
While I agree with the logic that someone on the "no-fly" list should not be allowed to purchase weapons, the reliability of the list to identify dangerous individuals is seriously in question. Garbage in, garbage out. As it exists, the list is open to too much abuse.
