I've had my 2013 for 2 years and never heard of any issues with these parts.
If you're looking at a CPO'ed car it must be at the dealer..... ask them to pull up the repair order when these parts were replaced to see what the issue was.
BTW I'm in Dickson TN
and bought mine at the dealer in Nashville.... good people.
I bought my 2013 CPO'ed with 2700 miles on it and after 22 months of ownership I just turn 40K miles....... CPO is the way to go.
