By current provider, do you mean the people selling you the insurance or your physician?
There is an extremely good chance your doctor does not accept the .gov insurance, because it pays 70% of what a regular plan does. The list of doctors on the .gov insurance website is almost certainly wrong. You will need to call the doctors to see if they accept it.
Your copay may not change, but your deductible probably does.
