I use the "do not use!"

I have used these and the one on the drivers side looks like it has bent up/in a little.

and since noticing, have been getting a little noise when turning left/right. sounds like body panels rubbing.

caused me to drop the whole front suspension and replace ball joints, bushings, strut mount to convince myself it was not the suspension.

for some of the work I did, putting jack stands on those 'safe point' up front was just too much in the way.
