Is what possible? Remember "there are billions of planets out there".

The trick is can it support life (I'm guessing that is your question)?

I know the science guys will start in with "well, it won't be life as we know it"

Lot of factors to a planet that can support life "as we now it"
Certain chemicals have to be present.
Temperatures, Radiation levels, atmospheres are some of the first things on the check list when looking for a planet that can support life.
