I know the guy who is offering that VW for sale. He is situated virtually around the corner from here.

He is honest and very knowledgeable. I've had him do some work on my 911, because he has many years of experience in old Porsche restoration, but now he has branched out into a broad variety of interesting vehicles, with an emphasis on interesting. He imports cars from all over the world, and does everything necessary to make them top shape.

If anyone on this forum wants me to go over there to have a look at this vehicle, and ask more questions, I'll be happy to do so.
