I don't think dealers listing their cars here is a problem, at least not yet. I'm in the market right now, and I'd like to see as many options as possible. I've closed in on 4 cars - 3 were listed here, 1 of which was a dealer listing. The 4th I found in auto trader, dealer listing, but on consignment from a private seller, whom I've been talking to.

As a buyer, I'd rather have more options, so long as it doesn't get out of hand, which (so far, touch wood) it hasn't.
