No, I do not agree.
My son is a research psychiatrist at Boston University Hospital, specializing in addiction research. Addiction - cigarettes, alcohol, drugs - is a HUGE and HUGELY expensive problem in this country. He has been involved in the testing of Anabuse, Chantix, Provigil, and a bunch of other drugs to assist in addiction control. Finding an effective cure/prevention for addiction is going to save the country billions of dollars a year and it isn't going to be done by an electrical engineer. It's going to be done under the direction psychologists and psychiatrists.
