Take your time with a small flat screw driver or other pointy tool and carefully pry back the black bezel with the gauge resting on its face.

Once you go all the way around the bezel should slide off and the glass will come out.

Really, take your time. Don't damage the bezel.

Once you're ready to put it back on just bend the metal back the opposite direction.

Whatever marks you put on the inside shouldn't show when the gauge is back in the car.
