It was very nice. 25 to 30 degrees celsius, that's about 85 F. Crystal clear waters, coral seas with tropical fish.
They are quite clever. In Rarotonga there is only about 12,000 permanent people and about the same number of tourists at the same time. They run their own parliment, police force and control their own fisheries area keeping out the Chinese and dirty Russians.
Rarotonga is famous for their pina coladas, so buddies from school days plus wife/GFs rode around on scooters snorkeling then enjoying pina coladas at hte beach bars
