I went from an electric stove to a gas stove this past May.
I bought a Kitchen-Aid stove. It has a convection oven (whatever that is). It heats everything alot quicker.
One good thing, if there's a power outage you can still use the top burners.
The only negative thing is all my pot handles get hot which never happened with the electric stove.
