Amazing, wasn't it, how weak you were after your quad.
I didn't even try to get out of bed for a day or two at home...two days in hospital.
Took me 4 days before I could walk down the street (less than 50 yards) with a stroller.
Incredible shock at how fragile one feels after such a procedure.
.
I had no real pain except when I coughed. Took a couple of Oxycodine the first day...then no more...made me nauseous.
Also, I was told that longevity depended upon the condition of the veins they took out of my legs...mine weren't the best, so they said.
Had my quad in '11. A zipper down my chest.

I asked if they could video the procedure, they said, "You don't want to see that!"
