I had an employee whom I think had a big problem with change.
I'd say, "I'm closing the office at 4:00 today," and he'd be upset.
"When were you going to tell me this?"
"Um... I just did."
"Why didn't I know sooner?"
"I just decided."
"Why am I always the last to know these things?"
