When I lived in Orlando the Pine Hills area was known as " crime hill " not sure where the neighbors comments it's normally a quiet neighborhood comes from 
It seems to me that in our current society there are a good number of individuals that either seem entitled or just don't give a crap about anyone but themselves. When anything goes wrong they just seem to snap with no logical thought process or concern about their actions. I still believe the majority of people are good but the minority of " bad people " is growing.
