We analyze a lot of av fuel and let me tell you first hand, if someone is putting something sinister in the fuel it ain't showing up in any of our analysis. And yes, the fuel is put through a GC that will ID any organic compounds and it is put through an ICP to ID any metallic compounds.

In order to get the volume of particulate into the air would require a heck of a delivery system better than a jet engine. If I was to do it I would just burn it in a Co-Gen plant. The volumes could be hidden and the delivery would be the smoke stacks - no one would be the wiser.
