Made Buche de Noel for our Christmas Eve dinner
And had a few really nice meals during the holiday week..
Some Razor Clam, Bone Marrow, Polenta, Pig ears goodness.....
that was at a Tapas place in the Village... I asked my gf, and neither she or I could remember the name of the joint...
Yesterday we went for some Dongbei Chinese...Lamb, heavy spices.... effing delicious,,
