Call the manufacturer. They don't make the 964/993 product anymore, but do have an inventory of mounting hardware and more. I ordered some just a few months ago from them.

Thank you for responding. Yes I called and talked to Sam Bird and they had the mounting brackets until two weeks ago. Bad timing on my part. would you want to sell one of yours ?
