I'm amazed that you don't feel the least bit lame posting a statement like this. Driving an open Porsche (550, 718, 908, 910, 917, 936, speedster, roadster, 911 etc....) is one of the purest and finest driving experiences man can have.
I have several Porsches, I'm a lucky guy, especially on days I can drive my open 911.
Can you imagine Mark Donahue demanding Roger Penske put a roof on his 917-30?..... because we all know a legit Porsche has a roof.
