I recently bought a 2001 Boxster S with 67000 mi After a moth of driving I have experienced the infamous white smoke cloud at least once. After running up to redline in 2 gears I left a large cloud of oil smoke behind. I am prepared to replace the oil separator BUT need an opinion on which one The original one is available for about $125 vs an aftermarket version about $75 . I would normally buy the oem one at $125 except some of the comments suggest the aftermarket one might actually be better. Anyone here with first hand experience?
