The "laws of on-line ordering" were proven once again today.
The more one needs or wants an order, the slower it arrives and conversely and most important, the less you care if it take 3 months or more the faster it arrives.
On Saturday I had to empty the trash compactor. We use it to smash the aluminum cans. Once I have 5 cubes of compacted cans I can drive to just east of downtown OKC which is a 12 mile round trip. Sell the cans and eat at a fast food restaurant with the profits and pay for the cost of the trip.
I store the smashed cans in the storage building next to the lawn mower and other garden crap.
I needed more compactor bags so I found them on Amazon and ordered in a batch. I still have one of the old bags so I am likely OK for 6 months or so. I knew if I waited I would forget and be out so I ordered them on Amazon on Saturday about 4:00 PM, just standard free shipping and it arrived this morning.
If it was a part that was vital and I ordered it with priority shipping it would be lost and not get here for a week.
