'92 C2 fuse box

hi folks,

I have a lot of 911 experience (71E presently, past, 70S) but none w the new(er) models. I'm helping a friend prep a 92 C2 for sale. It has a dead battery, and when i put my charger on it, the radio started making static blips. I tried to turn it off but could not. I'm now taking the battery out to charge it separately.

is there anything weird about the C2 that would make charging the battery when connected to the cables a bad thing?

I have no manuals for this vintage and think i may need to pull radio fuse - can one of you please tell me where the fuse box is located?

Also, the key i have is missing a battery i think - will i have alarm problems? This is a stock 2nd owner car.

Thanks for any guidance,

Chip
