Then of course he asked me to go to the internet and do something. I said OK, I will have use my modem and I only have the one phone line so I will have to hang up and dial up AOL. Then I called him several names and told him he is a low life scammer and I hung up.

Mom just tells them her son is an IT director and will take care of it. They hang up on her before she finishes the sentence. I tell her to tell them she has an older version of Linux that her grandson put on, Damien or Debra or maybe it was red cap or something, and it has been acting off a bit lately, could that be why?
