Since I am a life-long 49'er fan and now a denizen of the East Coast (from this perch have had a glance at Kelly with the Eagles) I can make the following recommendation: Harbaugh.
Edit: Just saw Paul's post above. The 49'er ownership manged to screw up a wet dream.
