I think how bastardized it is puts it about half of Fubawu's number unless the Webers are IDS 911S carbs. If the cams were real S cams and not reground S spec cams it would help. But that requires some disassmbly to verify, as would P&Cs.
If it was built on original factory parts to that spec, then Fubawu's number is legitimate. But it's an unknown core with a story about what inside and no receipts or build sheet. Its a crap shoot for a buyer so it's value really comes down to what the serial number is worth, which I think is $7-10K. maybe 25% more than that if the original owner is looking for it and you post the actual number.
