Technically the broker notes in mls are not to be shared. And the only way to see them most likely is to be a member of the specific mls the property is listed with. Tax records will tell you most of what you want to know.
And if you can't get this basic info from your realtor, you need a better realtor. I would rather have my client bugging me asking me to look stuff up, than finding out they are digging up God knows what info on the web. I had a client do that, she actually ended up getting in the way of progress.
