We daily drive an '05 S Type R. Similar V8.
Car has been fine for us. 120,xxx miles now.
Usual stuff like water pump, coolant hoses, brakes, shocks, etc. Suspension is coming due for a refresh now.
The IP and control module did have an issue in cooler weather and were replaced with extended warranty (thank you!) $7k for that. Yikes!!
Over all a nice driving car.
