I don't drink coffee, but I was curious. The process was pretty much what I expected based on the name.
This guy seems fairly serious. For instance, you need 415 grams of water for 29 grams of grounds, and you should spiral your water out from the center in a counter-clockwise direction.
Now that I've watched the video (well, skipped through, really, I don't have 5 mins to watch this video.

Hmm, filter, grounds, hot water flowing through the filter/grounds combo.
My wife drinks coffee. She's been using a French Press for many, many years. She recently started making cold brew coffee. She says it's much smoother and less bitter, and better.
